Tequila Tonic

Fine bubbles, a touch of grapefruit, and the fresh character of blanco tequila.

Ingredients

• 1¾ oz Casa Máximo Blanco
• 5 oz chilled tonic water
• Ice and half a grapefruit wheel

Directions

1. Fill a balloon glass with ice.
2. Add the tequila and slowly top with tonic water.
3. Stir gently once and add the grapefruit.
