01Which tequilas are in the collection?
Blanco, Reposado, and Añejo. All three expressions come in 750 mL bottles at 40% ABV. Each product page includes its profile and serving suggestions.
02What prices are shown?
Blanco: $700 MXN; Reposado: $830 MXN; Añejo: $1,105 MXN per bottle. Prices include IVA and IEPS taxes. Shipping is quoted separately and is not calculated in this mockup.
03How do I request an order?
Prepare your cart and review the inquiry. Choose WhatsApp or email to send it and confirm stock, shipping, and the total with our team. Your selection does not reserve products or confirm payment.
04How can I pay?
You can choose card, PayPal, Google Pay, or BBVA transfer as your preference. Cards and wallets are not yet enabled. For transfers, the account and CLABE of Tequilera Momentos Espirituosos SA de CV are shown in the cart. Wait for confirmation of your order and the final total including shipping before paying.
05Will shipping be available across Mexico?
The proposal includes parcel delivery within Mexico. Rates, local coverage, and delivery timing must be confirmed for the postal code before payment. No carrier or shipping rate has been established yet.
06How do I change my selection?
Open the cart to increase or reduce quantities, remove a bottle, or return to the collection. Your selection remains in this browser; it does not reserve stock or sync through a customer account.
07How is my transfer confirmed?
Send your receipt to WhatsApp +52 33 3494 0819 or ventas@casamaximo.com.mx, using the reference provided by the team. Payment is confirmed manually when the funds reach the account. This site does not check balances or confirm deposits.
08How do I request information for my restaurant, bar, or business?
Visit Business and prepare your inquiry. You can continue in WhatsApp or email to send it. Commercial terms and distributor support are handled privately.
09Where can I find recipes and serving suggestions?
Serving ideas includes cocktails, serving suggestions, and an image gallery. Each preparation provides ingredients, quantities, and steps for exploring different expressions of CASA MÁXIMO. Content is intended for adults.
10Are the accessories in the photographs included?
Photographs show styled settings and serving suggestions. Glassware, food, and decorative items are not included in a bottle’s price.
11Can I request an invoice, exchange, or return?
Ask the team about applicable terms before confirming your order. The website does not automatically issue invoices or process returns. Final store procedures will be published before the commercial launch.
12What information do the forms save?
The summary is prepared in your browser and is not saved in a site database. You choose whether to send it through WhatsApp or email. The cart and age confirmation use browser storage. See the privacy notice.
