One casa.
An origin worth sharing.
Casa Máximo is more than tequila. It is a tribute to the land, to tradition, and to the spirit of sharing.
A ritual rooted in the land
In Mexico, tequila is more than something to drink; it is something to share. It is served around a table, amid stories, laughter, and moments that become memories. It is a ritual that begins in the land and ends in good company.
With that idea in mind, Pablo, passionate about tequila and Mexico’s rich culture, set out to create a project that would honor our roots. His vision was to make a tequila that reflected the essence of agave and the character of the land, while offering exceptional quality and an unmistakable flavor.
That is how Tequila Casa Máximo was born.

“Every bottle holds the story of years of passion for tequila, pride in Mexico, and my tribute to Jalisco.”
Pablo Gómez Arregui
Pablo’s
manifesto.
The land. The time.
The gatherings.
From this harmony comes a tequila that is authentic, elegant, and full of character. In Mexico, tequila is more than made: it is cultivated with patience, transformed by fire, and shared from the heart.
We believe in the value of the land that gives us our origins. In the time that turns agave into character. And in the moments that become memorable around a table.
Casa Máximo began with a pursuit: to honor the tradition of tequila with respect, passion, and excellence. Because a casa is more than a place. It is where stories come together, where gatherings are celebrated, and where every detail matters.
Our tequila lives in balance with the elements that give it life: the earth that nourishes agave, the water that lends it purity, the fire that reveals its essence, and the air that allows every aroma to express itself.
There, in the agave fields of Jalisco, the blue agave used to make our tequila is grown.
Casa Máximo is an invitation to return to what matters. To celebrate our roots. And to share the best of Mexico.
